Application

YSL-JZ; YSL-OZ as control and connecting cable in machines, conveyor belts, production lines, machine tool industries, progressive assembly lines, automatic handling apparatus for medium mechanical stress and for fixed installation but not suitable for open air.

Construction

• Bare copper, fine wire conductor, bunch stranded as per VDE 0295 cl.5 (HD 383)

• special PVC core insulation YI2 as per VDE 0207 part 4 (HD 21.1 TI2)

• black cores with continuous white numbering to DIN VDE 0293 (HD 27) .

• for 2-cores without green-yellow earth core (OZ)

• 3-cores with green-yellow earth core (JZ)

• green-yellow earth core in the outer layer

• cores stranded in layer, without stretched central core

• Special PVC outer jacket YM2 as per VDE 0207 part 5 (HD 21.1 TM2), jacket colour grey (RAL 7001)

PVC for insulation and sheath are self-extinguishing, test method B according to VDE 0472 part 804 (HD 405.1).

The materials used in manufacture are cadmium-free and contain no silicone and free from substances harmful to the wetting properties of lacquers.
