Application
H07V cores are permitted for the inner
wiring of equipment, distributor and switchboard and
also for protective laying to the lightings with a nominal
voltage up to 1000V alternating current or up to 750V
direct current against earth.
These insulated wires are suitable for laying in tubes,
under and surface mounting of plasters and also in closed
installation conduits.
These are not allowed to instal for direct laying on
cable trays, channels or tanks.
Construction
• The conductor is made of copper wires as follows:
- bare copper at H07V-U,
- wire stranded at H07V-R
- fine wire stranded at H07V-K
• Conductor's characteristics as per DIN VDE 0295 (HD383)
• PVC core insulation YI1 as perDIN VDE 0207-4 (HD
21.1 TI1)
• PVC self- extinguishing, test method B according
to DIN VDE 0472 part 804 (HD 405.1)
• Core identification as per DIN VDE 0293.The fol-lowing
colours are recommended (only single co-lour):black,
white, blue, grey, brown, red, orange, turquoise, violet
and pink. Two coloured combinations are not allowed,
with exceptions of green- yellow.
